• We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. There is no arrangement under which we could.
• There is no advertising on this site and no advertising or social media tracking pixels.
• The booking form is the only place you type personal information, and it goes to the band's inbox so they can reply to you.
• You can ask us what we hold and ask us to delete it. Email [email protected].

When you use the booking form: name, email address, and whatever you choose to write about your event (date, venue, guest count, and any notes). All of it is optional except your name and email address, which we need in order to reply.

Automatically: our host keeps short-lived server logs of requests, which include IP addresses, so the site can be kept secure and working. We do not build profiles from them and we do not link them to form submissions.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not directed at them.

A booking enquiry is used to answer your enquiry and to arrange the booking if you go ahead. That is the whole purpose. We keep enquiry emails as long as they are useful for the band's records, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Server logs are kept briefly by our host and then discarded on their schedule, not ours.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

  Hosts the website and keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

• Cloudflare

  Serves photographs and the press kit, and provides the database behind the events list and band profiles.

• Resend

  Delivers booking enquiries from the form to the band's inbox.

• Google Fonts

  Typefaces are served from Google's font service, which receives a request from your browser.

We may also share information if the law requires it. Nothing else.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. There is nothing to opt out of here, because we do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the past twelve months. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the UK or the EU, our lawful basis for handling a booking enquiry is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
